Singapore Savings Bond – May 2025 – Expected 10 Year Average Yield – 2.68%

The current expected 10-year average yield of the May 2025 issuance is approximately 2.68%, which is significantly lower than the current April 2025 Singapore Savings Bond (“SSB”) with a 10-year average yield of 2.85%.

This is computed based on the average SGS yields of March 2025. The daily “Average Buying Rates of Govt Securities Dealers 10-Year Bond Yield” for the month of March 2025 up to 21 March 2025 are as below.

Do note that the above interest rate calculation covers from 1 March 2025 to 21 March 2025 which is a total of 15 business days. Excluding the Hari Raya Puasa public holiday on 31 March 2025, There are an additional of 5 business days till end of the month and thus the 10-year average yield may change slightly.

For those who are more interested to bid for the April 2025 issuance, do note that the closing date is on 25 March 2025 at 9.00pm.
